Training system: Simple Guyot – planting density 3800 vines/ha – yield 9 tons/ha


Harvest period: From 5th September to 15th September


Vinification, ageing and maturation: Cold maceration is kept to a minimum to enhance the fresh aromatic notes of the grape variety. Second fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers. The wine is released one month after bottling.


Alcohol content: 4% vol.


Colour: Straw yellow


Serving temperature: 10/12 C°


Food matching: It is ideal with fruit salad, pastries and panettone.
