Vinification, ageing and maturation: Cold maceration is kept to a minimum to enhance the fresh aromatic notes of the grape variety. Second fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers. The wine is released one month after bottling.

Serving temperature: 10/12 C°
Food matching: It is ideal with fruit salad, pastries and panettone.
