Vinification, ageing and maturation: The must remains in contact with the skins at a low temperature for a few hours, then it is separated from the skins immediately afterwards in order to obtain a rosé wine with good character and excellent sapidity, lean and fresh. Second fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers. The wine is released two or three months after bottling.
