Soil: Clayey-silty with calcareous streaks – Altitude 230 m a.s.l.

Training system: Simple Guyot/GDC/Casarsa – planting density 2600-3800 vines/ha – yield 8 tons/ha

Harvest period: From 20th August to 30th August

Vinification, ageing and maturation: The must remains in contact with the skins at a low temperature for a few hours, then it is separated from the skins immediately afterwards in order to obtain a rosé wine with good character and excellent sapidity, lean and fresh. Second fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers. The wine is released two or three months after bottling.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.

Colour: Pale pink

Serving temperature: 10/12°

Food matching: Vegetables stuffed with fish, seafood pasta and risotto. Baked freshwater fish, delicate cured meats.
