Vinification, ageing and maturation: The Barbera, Croatina and Merlot grapes have different ripening times and are carefully selected and fermented separately in steel vats for two or three weeks at a controlled temperature, in order to completely extract the primary aromas. At the end of fermentation and after blending the wine rests in wooden vats of 15Hl for twelve months.
