Vinification, ageing and maturation: The Barbera, Croatina and Merlot grapes have different ripening times and are carefully selected and fermented separately in steel vats for two or three weeks at a controlled temperature, in order to completely extract the primary aromas. At the end of fermentation and after blending the wine rests in  wooden vats of 15Hl for twelve months.


Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.


Colour: Ruby red


Serving temperature: 16/17 C°


Food matching: Ideal with grilled meat, fillet steak, roast duck and cheeses.
