From where I come from we think that white wine served in classic Osteria restaurants must be sparkling. A white wine for the afternoon or even late morning to go with our fantastic cured meats or to drink on a sunny day under a pergola without it going to your head.
However, for 10 years now we have been producing Bianca Regina. It is the only late harvest, still white to give a wine from our area, such as the Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, complexity, elegance and excellent ageing capacity.
